Our services are provided for professional heritage preservation purposes:

• Services are available to collectors, institutions, and cultural organizations
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have organizational authority
• Service agreements are established through written proposals and acceptance
• Accurate and complete information must be provided about objects and requirements
• Consultation and communication in good faith is expected throughout projects

Service delivery terms:

• Timelines: Project schedules are estimated and may adjust based on research complexity
• Payment: Fees as quoted in proposals, with payment terms specified in agreements
• Cancellation: Written notice required according to agreement terms
• Modifications: Changes to project scope require written agreement and may affect fees
• Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality for private collection information

Intellectual property provisions:

• Research reports and documentation created by us remain our intellectual property
• Clients receive usage rights for documentation relating to their objects
• Publication or public use of our research requires written permission
• Copyright in exhibition materials and interpretive content is retained unless otherwise agreed
• Proper attribution must be maintained when our work is referenced

Liability limitations:

• Services provided based on available information and professional standards
• Research findings represent best understanding but cannot guarantee absolute certainty
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations
• Liability limited to service fees paid for the specific project
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Professional indemnity insurance maintained for covered activities

We adhere to professional standards including:

• International conservation principles and ethical guidelines
• Scholarly research methodology and source documentation
• Confidentiality protocols for private collection information
• Cultural sensitivity in handling objects from diverse traditions
• Conflict of interest disclosure and management

Either party may terminate service agreements:

• With written notice as specified in project agreements
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon mutual agreement in writing

Upon termination:

• Payment for work completed remains due
• Preliminary findings may be shared at our discretion
• Confidentiality obligations continue

Dispute resolution process:

• Informal Resolution: Initial attempt at direct resolution (30 days)
• Mediation: Good faith mediation if informal resolution unsuccessful
• Jurisdiction: Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction
• Applicable Law: Governed by laws of Singapore

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes affecting existing projects will be communicated to clients directly.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of Terms
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
• Assignment: Agreement may not be assigned without written consent
• Notices: Written notices sent to addresses provided in agreements
